Clients are given individualized services. Every institution has unique needs and concerns. Dr. Strauss personally visits the campus, meeting directly with key people, overseeing planning sessions, helping guide strategic administrative decisions. Continual guidance is provided throughout RCM implementation. 

On-site visits are followed up by video conference calls. Analysis and written reports are provided as necessary to support rapid, trouble free implementation.
